Clichés

Song at the moment: Nocturne - Secret Garden (would appreciate Celtic lyric translation if anyone has it)

My Robin Schones arrived a few minutes ago. Big books with large Enid Blyton-nish print. Yup yup :D My joy is boundless! One of the three books, Gabriel's Woman, is actually a prime example of deep depravity finding redemption (or not) in desperate love/sex. Themes close to my heart. Have a soft spot for the damned, I do.

So I'm working on the new page today. New scene for the first non-platonic relationship in ROMB. San and...someone. (Note: not a dog) Don't let me spoil it for you though. It's a bit of a cliché, but I'll try my best to make it fly.

Talk about clichés. Used to death but when done well, still as good as anything. I've actually heard of this happening in real life, to my mom's best mate when they were still doing hardcore dating in their early twenties. Will reveal more of this as the scene further progresses. Everybody likes a bit of a gossip information. Heh heh.

Yesterday, Winnie (my beautician) actually put the idea of visiting Korea into my head while working her soft smooth hands on my flabby face. It's not too costly and the scenery's gorgeous, especially Cheju Island. Have this visit-before-tsunami-flattens-it mentality lately. And I've always been a hotpot+kimchi addict since discovering Kim's near the gym. Got Shin interested too. Ideally, the people who will go should be me, the boyfriend, Shin, random relative/friend. But the more the merrier!....Wonder who else will be interested.

I'm dying to visit some seasonal Asian country to confirm some rumors:
1.) Is it true that the cold weather in seasonal countries makes the girls' skin softer and fairer?
2.) Is it true that the men there are tall and fair and all look like Won Bin or Bae Yong Jun?
3.) Does the city girls all have stylish gorgeously-dyed hair, and for those who do not, do they have long silken unrebonded black hair?!?
4.) Why are men fascinated with violent but cun women like Jun Ji-hyun in My Sassy Girl? (ok, ok i jealous) Why so S&M? Do men secretly craved to be tormented?!

How weird. :D
